Exploration Advisor and Facilitator

P&R has extensive experience with the petroleum geology of many sedimentary basins, especially in Western Australia and East Africa.

During the past decade, we have been advising clients on the exploration potential and prospects in the Carnarvon, Browse and Bonaparte basins of Australia’s North West Shelf, and the Karoo, Mesozoic and Tertiary basins of Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. A key focus has been on new ventures in the East African rift valley basins.

This work has involved design and planning of onshore potential field surveys and both onshore and offshore seismic surveys. At the planning stage, this work has involved dealing with Government and local communities over land access issues, including heritage and environment

During the interpretation stage, we work with local high-quality associates on gravity, magnetic and seismic data to provide an integrated geological and geophysical evaluation.
